Jonathan Taylor

For the last 15 years, Jonathan has devoted his life to the study and practice of movement. He has successfully worked as a personal trainer, wellness director, strength coach, and insightful educator within the fitness industry, accumulating thousands of hours of both learning and practical implementation. He has systematically achieved fat loss, pain alleviation, movement pattern correction and enhancement, as well as lifestyle alterations in the hundreds of clients worked with. Also, he was hand-picked as a lead instructor to develop and teach a cutting-edge methodology for a major corporate wellness company that houses thousands employees. He has continued refining his craft through daily personal practice and research, always viewing the development of the mind and body holistically, not just as individual parts. “Be a practitioner, not a professor.”
