Will Hitzelberger has been a performance coach for the last 20 years working with almost ever sport at every level. He is the President and Founder of SPECTRUM Performance in Orlando, FL. From 2014-2023 Hitzelberger was the Performance Director for the Jamaican Women's National Team helping lead them to 2 World Cups in 2019 and 2023. He won a National Championship as a college soccer player, and then led 5 more teams to Final Four appearances as a performance coach.
