Will Hitzelberger has been a performance coach for the last 20 years working with almost ever sport at every level. He is the President and Founder of SPECTRUM Performance in Orlando, FL. From 2014-2023 Hitzelberger was the Performance Director for the Jamaican Women's National Team helping lead them to 2 World Cups in 2019 and 2023. He won a National Championship as a college soccer player, and then led 5 more teams to Final Four appearances as the performance coach. In addition, Hitzelberger has worked with major brands like Nike and Vertimax, helping them with product inspiration, development, certifications, testing and programs
